Over the past two years I have been fed up with how much I crave and pay for fast food/Junk food. So I have created a strict plan that allows me to eat the same meals everyday while only spending $42 a week. It is a rigorous schedule that I am very consistent with. Every Sunday I buy 2 lbs of pasta, 2 lbs of sauce, 2lbs of ground turkey plus the chosen “on sale” vegetable to make seven tuperware containers full of a pasta with meat sauce for a weekly dinner, I also purchase meat cheese and lettuce with mustard and a chosen fruit to make 7 lunches, for breakfast it is coffee and oatmeal. So the answer to what feeds my hunger is money. I stick to this plan or I don’t make rent.
